To create a concept for Petco’s 2024 summer campaign.

Solution

Petco's summer campaign, "Chasing Summer," was a visual concept development project that encompassed various marketing channels, including in-store promotions, online advertisements, email outreach, and social media engagement. The campaign featured a color palette blending warm peach hues of a sunset with refreshing cool blues of a sparkling pool. The dynamic, repeating typography incorporates animation to spotlight key offers, ensuring the messaging was both engaging and memorable. The half-circle motif, inspired by the setting sun, served as a grounding element for showcasing pets and products, creating a cohesive visual narrative throughout the campaign. Featuring pets in sunglasses captured the playful and carefree spirit of the season, reinforcing the summer theme even when summer products were not explicitly shown in the visuals.
